Catherine Haggarty
Catherine Haggarty’s bright artworks are reminiscent of Kandinsky’s synesthetic canvases, with their use of neon colors, abstract shapes, and otherworldly subject matter. While no figures are clearly discernible, they are suggestive of characters found only in dreams. Haggarty’s artistic practice explores boundaries of media and form – the border between painting and drawing, and the way lines blur together to create something totally new.
